I am not close enough to recieve word of mouth updates. Please let all concerned supporters know what progress is being made towards reinstatement, however small.
As in wrestling it isn't always the fight at the beginning, it is the fight when both sides are tired that counts.

Both short- and long-term avenues are being pursued.
I believe I'm not violating a confidence in saying that legal action is in the process of being taken to constrain the university from dropping the team. I can't be more specific at this time. News will break soon.
In the long run, fund raising continues with the goal of approaching the new university administration, both the new president and new athletic director, when Dr. Frohnmayer and Mr. Kilkenny give way to their successors.
