The judge who has drawn our case is a retired brigadier general in the Oregon National Guard and quite a motorcycle enthusiast. Prior to his full-time appointment to the bench, he has his own law firm and his own motorcycle repair shop. Presumably, he still fixes motorcycles between court dates.
